# Activating a Card with an Activation Code

> How to activate your Spider physical card using an activation code.

<Tip>Please note: You must have your physical card and the provided activation code on hand to complete this process.</Tip>

## Starting the Activation Process

1. 🏦 **Access the Credit Card Section**: Click the "Credit Card" option at the top of the page.
2. 🆕 **Activate the Card**: On the new page, click the "Activate Card" button to begin the activation process.

3. 💵 **Select Currency**: In the currency selection interface, choose your preferred currency from the drop-down menu.
4. 🌍 **Select Your Country**: In the Country selection interface, choose your location from the drop-down menu.

5. 🏠 **Enter Card Shipping Address**: Enter the complete and accurate mailing address in the address field.
6. ✅ **Confirm Card Receipt Status**: Check this box to confirm that you have already received your physical card.

<Warning>Please ensure you provide an accurate mailing address if you have not yet received the card. If you have received it, confirm the details match.</Warning>

7. 📲 **Enter Customer Number**: Input your 16-digit customer number, which can be found on your physical card, into the "Customer Number" field.
8. 🖼️ **QR Code Scanning**: Tap the camera icon next to the activation code field.

9. 📷 **Selecting Camera for QR Code Scanning**: After opening the QR scanner, select a preferred camera from the dropdown options for optimal scanning performance.
10. 📱 **Confirm Activation Code Format**: Verify that your activation code contains exactly 8 characters (both numbers and letters).

11. ✅ **Complete Activation**: Tap the "Pay and Activate" button to finalize your card activation.

<Tip>
  * The application fee is 200 USDT.
  * The system supports multiple currencies, including USDT and HKD.
  * After activation, the interface may show an available credit limit of HK\$0.00 until funds are loaded.
  * It is recommended to double-check all entered information to ensure successful activation.
