If you have received a Spider physical card with an activation code, this guide will walk you through the process of activating it in the application.
Please note: You must have your physical card and the provided activation code on hand to complete this process.

Starting the Activation Process

Activating Card 1
  1. 🏦 Access the Credit Card Section: Click the “Credit Card” option at the top of the page.
  2. 🆕 Activate the Card: On the new page, click the “Activate Card” button to begin the activation process.
Activating Card 2
  1. 💵 Select Currency: In the currency selection interface, choose your preferred currency from the drop-down menu.
  2. 🌍 Select Your Country: In the Country selection interface, choose your location from the drop-down menu.
Activating Card 3
  1. 🏠 Enter Card Shipping Address: Enter the complete and accurate mailing address in the address field.
  2. ✅ Confirm Card Receipt Status: Check this box to confirm that you have already received your physical card.
Please ensure you provide an accurate mailing address if you have not yet received the card. If you have received it, confirm the details match.
Activating Card 4
  1. 📲 Enter Customer Number: Input your 16-digit customer number, which can be found on your physical card, into the “Customer Number” field.
  2. 🖼️ QR Code Scanning: Tap the camera icon next to the activation code field.
Activating Card 5
  1. 📷 Selecting Camera for QR Code Scanning: After opening the QR scanner, select a preferred camera from the dropdown options for optimal scanning performance.
  2. 📱 Confirm Activation Code Format: Verify that your activation code contains exactly 8 characters (both numbers and letters).
Activating Card 6
  1. ✅ Complete Activation: Tap the “Pay and Activate” button to finalize your card activation.
  • The application fee is 200 USDT.
  • The system supports multiple currencies, including USDT and HKD.
  • After activation, the interface may show an available credit limit of HK$0.00 until funds are loaded.
  • It is recommended to double-check all entered information to ensure successful activation.
